We collect your name and email address if you use the contact us form. We may also collect your phone number if volunteer this information. Website usage information is collected using cookies.

If you proceed to a booking, then we will collect your name, address, phone number, email address, emergency contact details and details about your dog(s) via our booking form which will be sent/ given to you separately.
How will we use the information about you?
We use the information you provide in order to contact you about the service you have made enquiries about.
We will not share your information with any other parties.

Storing Your Personal Data
Booking forms are stored in a filing cabinet and the information provided is copied on to a database which is stored on a password protected Cloud storage server. It is not reproduced or downloaded anywhere else.
Your booking data will be shredded/deleted three years after the date of your booking. We will hold your payment history in line with HM Revenue & Customs timelines and then delete it.
Access to your information and correction
You have a right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. If you would like a copy of some or all of your personal information, please email.
We want to make sure that your personal information is accurate and up to date. You may ask us to correct or remove information you think is inaccurate.
